Dude is a great worker but I don't agree with him immediately going to AEW, bringing in all of these released guys is gonna start overshadowing the young talent that bought in initially. A guy like Sammy Guevara or a Wardlow might say fukk a new contract and go to the E.
I’d watch wherever he went just to see him, I thought the fiend was sick at first
All good.Honestly it feels like a mutual release. Like he wanted out and they gave it to him.
Edit: Damn I posted before reading all the comments.
Just now read you said that.
Vince did say he might give aew more stars soon
ridiculous to say WWE screwed these up. Bray Wyatt problem is his character had no context. They just showed up with an already finished image. They had nowhere to go. Where the hell do you go with the Fiend right now? And quite honestly The Fiend was a shytty character anyways. If anything he should have stayed the base Bray Wyatt character.
The Fiend character was low key dope as fukk. It was like a demonic Mankind that legit doesn't feel pain but welcomes it to himself and his opponent.
Sadly, the WWE is what it is when it comes down to dope gimmicks and make you hate the actual person behind the performer.
Then Brodie died and that was a wrap for his mindset.
Hopefully dude finds peace within himself with his family breaking ass.
All good.
It could've been mutual, but I'm still sick at him getting his shyt ganked.
Whatever the reason was, they fukked him over multiple times over the years.
I agree about him probably just not wanting to do this shyt.Wouldn’t call the Fiend gimmick shytty but it definitely had a shell life especially after the Firefly match. Coming back with the OG iteration would of been dope but I just don’t think his heart is in it and probably gave his notice to the company about leaving.
