I figured this going to happen. Fox is going want Rhonda, Cena, Reigns, etc. They have like 8hrs of first run tv programming, and 24 hour network they can find something for everyone to do if they want. Not to mention FS1 and FS2 are bare without UFC Coverage so there may be even more 1st run programming coming in the future.

Exactly. If they end the brand extension again I might stop watching altogether b/c there is no way they can showcase all that talent w/o a brand split. They have too much talent on the main rosters that waste away b/c they don't know what to do with them.

The crazy thing is people thought Road Dogg was moved to RAW because of the horrible women's division booking among other bullshyt so suddenly the constant complaints about SD! quieted only to find out he's still in charge over there.

Oh, and Ryan Ward has been his lieutenant during these so called ups and downs. The fact of the matter is that the stench of Vince McMahon will remain on these shows until the stench of death is on him.
The only reason NXT has such a different feel is because he doesn't take an interest in it. Same with 205 post Enzo. RAW will always be the flagship show but even as the B show SD! has enough relevance where Vince will make sure his grubby fingerprints are on certain aspects of the show.

Vince just needs to focus on his MAGA football league and let Hunter experiment.

It's the most logical move and it also works with WWE's current schedule.

Right now the schedule for the Smackdown roster is Saturdays to Tuesdays, while RAW's is Friday to Monday.

Get rid of the Friday house show and the Monday night house show Smackdown does and it'll look like this.

Fridays- Smackdown
Saturdays - Two separate house shows
Sundays - Two separate house shows
Monday - RAW

they’ve been playing this game for 15 years now. split the brands, act like it’s the biggest thing ever... then it when it gets stale they unify the brands, act like THAT’S the biggest thing ever... then they split them again and so on and so on.

It's not really that different. Most of the 205 boys don't wrestle at house shows and half of the women don't either. With the main roster jobbers included, WWE's paying for about 40 people to just sit on the bench and do nothing already.

Yeah and there are reports that WWE want Pentagon Jr and Fenix, they want EVERYBODY. I think their focus is making all shows separate but equal entities, the problem though is that shows are not too good.

The 205 wrestlers don’t make any money, and 205 Live isn’t on television. I see the women on all of the house shows, I’m not sure who’s been on the sideline amongst women besides the ones hurt or going through woman issues. They’re about to sign Rey Mysterio back within a couple of months and a NJPW raid on the way. Im certain FOX and USA didn’t pay what they paid for a clip or a repeat show. If Smackdown ratings lag, it would just move to FS1 and be the highest rated show there by a mile
