I think Darkseid would've been cooler but Braniac works well and is more compelling than Ultron for sure.

Doesn't matter which route they took. To the general public, Brainiac will be compared to Ultron and Darkseid would have been compared to Thanos.
When DCCU schedule was put out I worried about that but fukk it now, I'm just happy we're getting a JL movie.

I'm still holding out hope that Zod's remains are only gonna be used to create Bizarro, not Doomsday.. Save Doomsday for the second Justice League movie and end it with him killing Superman
