I think it's hating to say it's not a rivalry because they're not on the field at the same time. I think "team vs team" rivalries are definitely better too, but it's disingenuous to say this one isn't legit. They will go down as the two greatest QBs of this era. QBs are the glamour position and often define the teams they play for. These two have gone against each other a ridiculous number of times in the playoffs with everything on the line.
Come on it's a real rivalry and a great one

I disagree. QB's have more control over the football game then any other position in the game. And most of their games have been close. Outside of a couple here and there. Coming down to one of them making a game changing/defining play.

If you read carefully we don't disagree at all. I'm saying the same thing, but I'm also acknowledging that they don't directly compete against one another on the field as opposed to other rivalries where the rivals face each other head up.
