His wife was right. What have you got to prove? he's 45, risks his health along with CTE, and he already has 7 rings more than Jordan. What more do you need? He has 3 kids, and one of them is a teenager.

So he can’t do both and doesn’t have a 6 month off season

Smh
To be that level of great, there really isn't much of an off-season. Athletes in the past have said being great is a huge sacrifice off the field, because you literally have to be dedicated to your craft 24/7 365. Relationships will suffer.

That's why Kobe's death was so tragic. You saw how after he retired that he finally was able to have quality time with his girls.

Brady's wife has a right to be upset, but I don't think it's worth leaving.

What dream? He’s 45 years old.

He retired. Then unretired without consulting his wife.

His wife gave up her “dream” career to be a housewife.

Being married is a partnership. He broke it.
Yep.

He’s done everything possible on that girls and he’s old.. Go home and be with your kids. Then people would be pissed at the league if somebody hit him and forced him out. I could see if this was like 10 or so years ago, but nah man he retired! Go home!

On one hand he has autonomy to do whatever he wants. On the other, if it's true they agreed retiring was the best decision for their family then he reneged on the plan, I can see why she's pissed. Stand on what you said

What's gonna be interesting is if the Bucs don't even make it to the super bowl let alone win it. That conversation is gonna be very interesting LOL

Don’t give me that - they don’t work 24/7 .

Anyone that works has down time and nfl players are not exception. You act like in the off-season they are on the road working.

Y’all act like he’s doing some more extreme then most men who have to balance work and life .

Once you start making ultimatums, it’s already over.

That said, when he officially retires in the next few years, he’s going to home to nothing.

They say the same thing to us in the military. Once you retire, the military gonna keep going on but what about your family? They’ll remember being 2nd

I don't believe that women are 'dream killers' but I know why people think that. If a woman doesn't fukk with your dream or have one of her own that doesn't fukk with your plans then she's someone you can marry.
