Nah. He just had a cool aura about him that I respected. I can tell everything about a person just by looking at them. And I could tell Brad Pitt was different than the rest of them cacs.

Yeah, but she strikes me as one of those so-so women who somehow knew just how to play powerful, egotistical cacs and could hold a decent conversation (in her youth anyway, now she's as loony and full of herself as the rest).

I've been around Hollywood cacs, they're so used to being surrounded by pretty, empty and vapid young chicks that every once in a while, a passably attractive chick who can make them laugh once or understand - what they think is - an obscure, "highbrow" joke becomes extremely appealing to them.

Shook and probably realized Pitt had a lot of years left on him to ride that international superstar wave. He wasn't about to flush that kind of earning potential down the toilet no matter how close he became to being exposed. And clearly maintaining that relationship worked to silence Pitt for several decades so it was a win/win.
