Always have been. Them Cool Greys look cheap as hell. I started rocking my Sneaker Politics Case 999s last week. Comfort and quality is on another level

Nike always has some joints that are quality as well. You just have to pick and chose what you buy with em. Don't cop off pure hype and you good.

Due to supply chain woes and the fiasco earlier this year that was that cac whore Anne Herbert and her rat b*stard of a shiit stain son... they're trying to make up for it by producing 2.7 million units of the Cool Greysteins (hence the product placement, push and multiple early drops... even the "accidental" release from Nordstrom last month).



They really want to please their investors/share holders to end the physical year.



Real heads know where to allocate their funds for nikes.

Joints like what from Nike? The leather is fake and so is the nubuck on most of their shoes. They hardly use real materials on any of their shoes. Hell the NB 997H materials shyts on most Nike's period and let's not even get into comfort. I'm not bashing Nike (ok I sort of am) but the quality has been going down the drain for years and the quality control is shyt. If I'm paying 200 and up for some shoes at least use real material and have them look the part. I need that NB1 option back like crazy

I said pick and chose the Nikes you buy based on material and quality not just hype. If NB was doing Nike production numbers they'd stop caring too.

Talking comfort is relative to foot shape and gate. If you can walk around in shyt like 550's then you don't care about comfort.

I buy from all the major guys. The quality difference is really shoe to shoe. Not brand to brand. You can't tell me as a shoe head you don't know Nike joints with real leather and nubuck. Stop it b

I personally agree with @Monoblock



and I’m saying that as someone who has worked on multiple Nike campaigns as recent as 2019 and still hold some type of seeding til this day.


I have no issue with the brand, in fact I’ll say they’ve gone above and beyond to show love.. their quality issues is just a fact. And I mean, I can’t blame them.. if they can mass produce cheaply made sneakers with synthetic leather, glue stains and pen marks everywhere, and more widows peaks than Vegeta… and still constantly sell out.. why would they focus on quality?


If I’m selling mid and the fiends love it, Why change my business model to please the unhappy minority? I’m gonna keep selling the fiends mid until they don’t want it anymore



I respect it… but that’s why I spend my money elsewhere. I’m grateful for the handful of shyt they send me every year, and I’ll bite the bullet on certain releases that I really love, but for the most part I think I’ll get the most bang for my buck away from Nike/Jordan brand



I don’t knock anyone that does spend boatloads with Nike though. We like what we like

Only release that I wanted and didn't get. I still have 3 weeks left of the year. I'll grab 'em before the new anos.



Because i'm flabby and ailing, I prefer footswear that be more comforting due to my geriatric/arthritic nature, hence the air max preferences:

(FYI: I half up on almost all shoes so i can put remedial podiatric insoles in them (but there's always few exceptions to the rule like ja).
