It's funny how most sneakers people drool over are retro. Kicks I wore in middle school and high school are now what's hot.

It's not just kicks though...the fashion as well...90's retro has been going hard for a while....
Kids that grew up in the 90s are now 30-somethings with disposal income and nostalgia for their childhood. A lot of us couldn't get those shoes when we were kids but now we can.

Have y’all seen what a DS pair of Chicago 1’s goes for nowadays :mjlol:
Idk wtf is going on. You figure that since we're in a global pandemic crisis, people would be a lot more frugal and not want to spend money non essential items.

But ever since the the last dance documentary. J's have damn near risen 30% minimum on the resell market. Chicago 1’s for my size 14 ranged around 500 two years ago.

I see where you are coming from but for me Jordan Brand is hit or miss with the quality of their shoes to where I know I'll have buyer's remorse if I get some trash and I have a fear of getting fake or noticably used shoes from StockX or Goat for hyped shoes
Guess i've been lucky this year. All of my shoes have been in great quality and i have never gotten a fake from StockX.
