I'm quite sure if stores were open, more people could've landed a pair easily. Hell I was able to even scoop a couple of "QS" Jordan kicks from a Jimmy Jazz store a couple months back even though they sold out online.
Now I gotta wait another 3-5 weeks for my flint 13s to be delivered from them. It feels so good to preorder a shoe below retail and not having to worry about trynna cop on release. fukk that unnecessary stress.

Broughams... i sit in front of a computer all day at work and have access to my phone as its part of my job, but i RARELY hit on restocks (which are generally just stock reallocations any way).
Bots/resellers have an edge because that's a huge source of income for them (it's literally what many of them do to survive). And now given how times are difficult... well, you get the rest.
