Most of those people arent real sneaker heads. Dudes claiming grails on shoes that just released. Posting their collection and its just different colorways of yeezy's and J1's. Their collections are soulless. Most of us are copping for the love of the shoes, have a story about how a shoe eluded us for years, have strict cleaning regimens, original receipts, got shoes nobody else fukked with but can rock them now and shut down traffic, and are known for our shoe games. Those people on r/sneakers are going to be wearing merrells in a few years. Anybody that fukks up a shoe isn't a real head. Having an exclusive shoe was a dream for a lot of us growing up. fukk I look like duffing out a shoe that I claim I wanted enough to dub it "my grail". They're just posers and sneakers are their costume of choice.
