You can read into it here, here, and here and plenty of other places. Are you a Wizards fan? A Beal fan?

https://thefandc.radio.com/wizards-ted-leonsis-needs-fulfill-his-promise-fire-ernie-grunfeld

Can the Wizards make a quick turnaround?

Ted Leonsis Reveals How Washington Convinced Bradley Beal to Stay

You just seem to want to go from thread to thread making it clear you don't feel sorry for Beal because he signed the extension.

We're on two different ends of the situation, for you it's a settled matter, for me it isn't. I'm always going to want to see my guys in better situations.

I see no reason to continue talking to you about it.
The first article is about Grunfeld, who was fired last April.

The next two articles discuss Beal and Wall being the building blocks. It was known that Wall was going to miss most, if not all of the year, with a torn Achilles when Beal re-signed.

You want to get the most money you can, I can never go against that:hubie:

But you take it from a franchise with an owner that has shown he really doesn't give a fukk about putting a winning team on the floor and when the other star player is going to miss pretty much the entire season, then:manny:

Zach LaVine is a free agent the summer of 2022. If we don't make a change in management and coaching, I wouldn't be surprised, and really couldn't be mad, if he said fukk the Bulls and signed somewhere else.

But if right before next season starts, he signs an extension, and the team continues to have shytty coaching, bad management, resulting in another losing season, I'd' have the same reaction if people were going #FreeZach.

Dude knew he was in a shytty situation and yet decided to extend his time there. Did it for the money? Cool, but you made your choice.

Yeah, I hear you. It's still #FreeBradBeal over here though.

Trading for 3 years of Beal > trading for a pending free agent Beal.

#FreeBradBeal

I thought Arenas had done that, too. That year when he torched LAL for 60, then put up 52, 53 or so on PHX. Must not've been consecutive days/B2B games.

Anyway, :salute: to Brad...guy's balling out, what else can you say?

Why is it?

you’re not playing in high pressure games or moments. It’s just empty stats

Lebron has taken worst rosters in the east to the playoffs

wizards have like what 19 wins
Beal isn’t a 6’9” 260lb top 3 all-time NBA athlete either.

He is however, a very elite scorer and would obviously get W’s with great stats with even average support.

I hate the phrase “empty stats” because it short changes obviously talented players on shytty teams. MJ and Kobe put up spectacular numbers on shytty teams and no one would dare call those numbers “empty”. Talented guards especially need good support as its very hard for them to control both sides of the floor.

I don't know why anybody thinks it's empty stats. The last time this was done was fukking 12 years ago. It isn't easy. This is the season wizards fans and Brad Beal expected. Growing pains. But put some respect on his game. He's Beasting right now. 2nd in NBA in scoring. Back to back 50 point games but he has a squad of rookies he is willing to wait on to grow but they aren't ready. So the team performance isn't good but y'all holding the team record against Brad. In the all star game y'all held it against him and right now with these two performances and him leaving it all on the court some of y'all just dismissing him. His fellow starters are the likes of Ian mahinmi, Isaac bonga, ish Smith.. What do you expect him to do.

Beal hasn't regressed and has actually taken a huge leap. Having a better season than when he was an all star. Team record shouldn't be held against him considering what else we got.

Once we put wall when he's healthy next to Beal. Then put the right muscle behind them they will show again they are legit. Especially with the offensive growth Beal has shown.

Exactly. I don't know what people expect talented guards to do against talented big men when they can't do anything against them defensively.. Also how every one is using the term empty stats is irking me.
