Bc we act too emotionally when it's time to deal with delicate situations instead of reacting strategically. The boycott the NFL is one of the silliest, unorganized Black trends that I've seen in quite some time.

This post is pretty disingenuous because it completely ignores the other side where the "boycott NFL" Posters are calling everyone that choose to watch the NFL c00ns.

Why is this thread stickied but the thread that about boycotting the NBA because players were not allowed to protest the national anthem deleted?

Why are there not any NFL threads stickied like in the past?

If y'all wanna boycott the NFL then fine but the board shouldn't clearly be pushing an agenda.

The NBA blackballed a player that protested the anthem in the past.

The NBA had a blatantly racist owner that was openly practicing white Supremacy for decades but only did something when it could no longer be hidden.

So what exactly is thecoli mods and people in charge really trying to accomplish by pushing the NFL Boycott and not any other efforts to protest and usher change?

There have been movements of black people only supporting black businesses for Black Friday in the name of police brutality and unjust laws in the TLR the last 2 years. Those threads were never stickied. No one was ever called a c00n for not signing up for the cause.

You know it's a smokescreen when they're getting so desperate that they're suggesting the boycott is anti Black because it might affect Black players.

I think the way to go is to target the 32 owners in the NFL and boycott whatever their financial portfolio consist of.

boycotting the NFL is great (long overdue in some regards) but the reality is since the TV contracts are negotiated years in advance, going after the sponsors isn't really the way to go IMO.

I dont' get why some nikkaz need a blueprint as to why folk are boycotting. I mean, people boycott artists, brands, stores, companies, etc. I mean, if you don't fukk with that company then so be it. No explanation required. If it works for you then so be it.
