not true....actually boyce hire only black ppl and hes trying to get $ and fund more black projects....but actually talking is the only thing that's needed.....this clip might change somebody life
off the thread title alone i agree. I get heated when i see supervisors talk down to black men. I'm collecting invoices and ea hustling at the same time. When i get far enough to still listen i just look at the body language between the two. I get heated when i see that shyt. Like man... if i could say whats on my mind they'd think i was a hostile black woman.
My boss is black and he had to go off on his bosses a couple of times. He let them know they needed him and not the other way around. Which was actually true. Plus he always looking out for me. All his assistants before me been black and he only ever interviews black prospects lol. Its not a huge company but he stay looking out whether its for a cashier position or a office position.
