Use a large mirror if you have one

Do everything SLOWLY, and just get the technique down and gradually pick up speed. While it may look silly throwing a jab the speed of a snail, once your body gets the motion down, the speed naturally increases and in no time you'll have one of those Sonny Liston jabs
