I mean can a prime Ruiz beat a lazy don't give a fukk Lewis, perhaps, but why match a nikka at his peak against a better dude who is unmotivated. :what: We supposed to be on some Fight Night shyt.

Lewis, easy... though in real life if Lennox came in with his noted lack of motivation Ruiz could give him some trouble.

Behind You
You think Lewis has the best jab of all time. ...:dwillhuh:

I wouldn't even rate his jab top 10 all-time in the division personally...think it's the most overrated aspect of his offense.

Can't get out of my head him getting outjabbed by both Mercer & Bruno...actually think Ruiz might have the better jab here:ehh:

If Lewis beats Ruiz it would have to be by being aggressive and pressing the attack, forcing Ruiz to fight going backwards which he's terrible at and roughhousing him on the inside when Ruiz goes to clinch and wrassle...Lews could fukk around and find himself getting outboxed and outjabbed by Ruiz...like he was against Mercer & Bruno for stretches of their fights if he tries to box and outjab Ruiz.
I always saw the Mercer bout as the true turning point for Lewis where he fully embraced Manny Steward's philosophy and Lewis became a much more cautious and defensive minded fighter who began to use his jab as a true weapon in his arsenal.
Would never say it was the best (still say that title belongs to :flabbynsick: ) but it was one of the most successful just because of Lewis' size and reach.

As always with Lennox it depends on if he's focused...

Focused in shape Lennox who showed up against Tyson beats Ruiz in an ugly fight...Ruiz would have trouble getting passed Lennox jab and the overhand right would bust Ruiz up real good... Lennox was also very good with uppercuts on the inside...a lot of holding and head collisions is what we'll see though hence why I said ugly fight...A stoppage is possible but Id bet on a UD 117-111 for Lennox....
