"Broner struck a deal with prosecutors in which he pled no contest to 1 count of misdemeanor reckless driving -- and was sentenced to 6 months probation, his license has been suspended for 6 months and he has to complete a driver's safety course.
Broner was also sentenced to 30 days in jail ... but most likely won't do the time because that part of his sentence was "suspended" ... meaning it'll only be enforced if he screws up. "
