A grilled cheese burger? Thats ingenious, how have I never thought of this. 
I ate there last year. I didn't get that burger but they have some good burgers in there. I think there is a place in Birmngham called Mugshots that have a burger like that with a fried egg on top. They also have a peanut butter burger that one of my pool teammates swear its the best burger he has ever tasted. breh what brand type of veggie burger u using? and how are u cooking it? I've been wanting to try em but I want to try a good brand.
Had one with a fried egg last year. Even had Mac 'n cheese for another topping as well. All this in the same burger. I love Texas.
