Why do you assume all she does is pop up on Hot 97? Ask yourself why she's respected, and then ask yourself why the only reason that comes to your mind is "she's pretty"? A lot of people at Hot 97 do great things off radio, especially in terms of artist relations, helping artists get shows, promoting, and even A&Ring. I'm no Rosenberg fan but there's no question he's done major things for a lot of artists we fukk with. Scottie is on the same wave. That's why she is respected.
In terms of Julz...notice how she is constantly being attacked on very personal, sexual levels yet nobody comes to her defense? You would expect an army of women to jump out the bushes on social media talking about slut shaming and how men do xyz...but it never happens for Julz. Why? She's not the first chick to perform sexual acts in order to get access in the music industry. BUT she is certainly one of the few who is an abject piece of shyt who has spent years denigrating black women in public and private as she falls upwards in the industry. Nobody is gonna defend her. Nobody respects her, outside of white execs who understand her value as a culture vulture.
