Fultz will be on a roster shortly, but it's not surprising he's not signed yet - his skillset is an awkward fit with a lot of teams(needs the ball in his hand to be effective but can't shoot so he ruins spacing). Suns seems like a good fit though as they have KD/Beal/Booker to compensate for Fultz's lack of jumper. His health is also a big question mark but him being on a vet minimum kinda negates that and makes it a low risk/high reward deal

Nah but it's not just about Fultz, being a Bulls fan, I found it fukked up that Javonte Green could not find a spot on a team last year until Chicago brought him back towards the end of the season.
He's definitely an NBA level player and I hope he sticks in NO cause he really can hoop and doesn't need any plays called for him or the ball in his hands at all.
