They were all reading from the same script anyway. We proved that when Trump threatened to cut funding from schools that taught 1619 based American History courses. We waited for the "bothsiders" to weigh in. They surely would have weighed in if a random person disparaged the 1619 Project, or that part of history.

I don’t know if this is a mainstream political term or just a coli term. But I’m pretty sure the meaning was both sides in a pure, non biased and objective sense as it related to political parties…mainly democrats and republicans. I fall in to this category, as I simply don’t give a fukk about none of this shyt and have an equal distrust and lack of confidence for the political system as a whole.

But at some point, at least on the coli, the term both siders started being used by posters who aligned with the Democratic Party as political slur. And posters started attaching a secret republican/maga and vote surprising agenda to anyone who associated with the term. That’s when shyt got goofy.

As a person who supposedly doesn't give a fukk about either side, you sure have basically explained this same POV over the past couple years a lot. A woman says "Men suck" I don't respond, cause the girl clearly referring to not me based on what I know about myself. I would think the same would apply to any talk of "Both sides."

Here's a hypothetical.

You have beef in the streets. You have your sho nuff opps, but you also have allies and you have people who are neutral.

So. If the neutral people were like your family members. Your neighbors on all sides.

They know these dudes from the other side want to twist your cap. And their attitude is "not my problem. He musta done something. I can't judge the dudes from the other side. If they peel him that's on him"

How would you feel about those neutral people. The ones close to you who you would think would have enough in common with you to at least be rooting for you if not out right helping you.

The idea that "both parties are the same" is absolutely not true. There wouldn't be two things if the two things were the same thing.
