If you look closely at the picture she doesn't really look smaller. The biggest difference is her ass. In general, in matters of uncertainty, you want to apply Occam's Razor. That means look for the simplest explanation because that's the most likely explanation. This means she probably has butt implants.

I have seen womens asses get HUGE though...especially over time and entering their 30's and after pregnancy. Some womens bodies change a lot. I've seen it with my own eyes.
