I got to admit, i saw these toys in TRU a few months ago and also wondering why the hell are BB figures in TRU:what::childplease:and the toys are no fun, its just Heisenberg with his hat or in his Meth super suit. These are for adults to display in their man caves or office desks...

On one hand I don't think breaking bad figures need to be sold in a store that is primarily targeted towards children

On the other hand it's not the kids that buy toys in the first place, it's their parents. If you don't want your kids exposed to these figures just don't buy them. Trust me not a kid in the world is gonna beg their mom and dad for a walter white figure when the fukkin avengers playset is in the next aisle over. they probably don't even know what breaking bad is.

I can't disagree with this decision. I mean why not just sell action figs of Scarface with bags of cocaine?

But at the same time, toys r us does sel gta v, so....

the governor is a vile character if you watch the show. those toys you show only have meaning if you know the history. but a make blue meth playset:snoop: you don't have to watch breaking bad to know that casually putting meth replicas in a toy set is bad. they weren't going to have a wire one with corner boys and crack replicas, so yeah fukk that white privilege.

:what:

Breh, you need context in either case to know a "BB" or "The Walking Dead" toy is bad. You wouldn't even be looking for either of those with zero knowledge of the shows, so that's a moot point either way.

At face value "TWD" toy is worse because with zero context it's a dead little girl and a bunch of severed heads. Walt is just some old white dude. Then again this is the same place that happily sold "GTA:V" so their logic is skewed.

Secondly, if you think "The Wire" is better than "Breaking Bad" :manny: because I love "The Wire" but the rest of that sentence was :mjlol:as hell. The reason "The Wire" don't have toys is because it never achieved pop culture relevance aside from people praising it after it was cancelled. Nobody is making action figures for a show that was almost cancelled every season it was on.
