Chicago police have like a 26% clearance rate on homicides

The very nature of a murder is underscores why its hard to prove---->the victim is deceased. When you add to that, that many take place at times or locations where there aren't willing witnesses or evidence, that makes them harder...

Even shootings that don't result in a death are hard to prove when the vic doesn't cooperate and there aren't smoking evidence...

Was in a number of situations in years past, those are the only three times I was investigated, and only actually charged that one time. They don't stick unless dudes tell on themselves or there is undeniable evidence...

People don't realize murder is the most difficult case to prove and short of witnesses, you telling on yourself, or just doing shyt wide open with mad people around, they aren't hard to beat...

I was investigated for an attempt when I was 20, never charged; a murder when I was 25, never charged; and an attempt at 25 that I was charged for, but got off of and pled out to a firearm possession probation for a firearm that was never recovered...

These aren't easy cases to prove...

Being a teenage killer isn't completely abnormal but most teens that catch bodies aren't stone cold killers, they're just circumstantial homicides. When I was teen, literally only a handful of dudes I can point to from the side who were true to the core killers, then you get locked up and meet more people with bodies and its more of the same. Very few teens out there just mowing shyt down on principle...

My karma hasnt been great and everything returns in some form, I'm living thru karmic retribution as we speak for something seemingly unrelated to my time outside, but The Creators and Guiders of Life know everything and its all connected to some degree...
