The very nature of a murder is underscores why its hard to prove---->the victim is deceased. When you add to that, that many take place at times or locations where there aren't willing witnesses or evidence, that makes them harder...
Even shootings that don't result in a death are hard to prove when the vic doesn't cooperate and there aren't smoking evidence...
Was in a number of situations in years past, those are the only three times I was investigated, and only actually charged that one time. They don't stick unless dudes tell on themselves or there is undeniable evidence...
