People don't realize murder is the most difficult case to prove and short of witnesses, you telling on yourself, or just doing shyt wide open with mad people around, they aren't hard to beat...
I was investigated for an attempt when I was 20, never charged; a murder when I was 25, never charged; and an attempt at 25 that I was charged for, but got off of and pled out to a firearm possession probation for a firearm that was never recovered...
These aren't easy cases to prove...
Vlad shocked at dude being so young, ill say it like this. Being a teenage killer isn't completely abnormal but most teens that catch bodies aren't stone cold killers, they're just circumstantial homicides. When I was teen, literally only a handful of dudes I can point to from the side who were true to the core killers, then you get locked up and meet more people with bodies and its more of the same. Very few teens out there just mowing shyt down on principle...

Murder is hard to prove bro, everyone knows it. That's why cities from New Orleans to Charlotte to Baltimore, and other places, notoriously have low solve rates and/or make arrests that ultimately get thrown out. They arent easy cases to stick to someone if you dont have the smoking gun or the rock solid eyewitness/other evidence, which, most of them don't...

I'm not and never was a serial killer. All three of these cases were in three different cities across two different states...
The police did hate me in the latter two incidents that happened in the same year. The first one nah, victim put my name to it and they locked someone else up who spent 11 months at county on it. That guy never said my name and got it tossed, but they investigated me for that for over two years trying to stick me to it. I won't say they hated me but they were trying everything they could to make something link...
The later incidents, probably my background has as much to do with how they pursued it, because obviously muhfukkas can see every conviction, arrest, and investigation you were a part of. This was four and a half years later so by that time internally they were pushing a narrative to sweep me. It happens, bro...

Vlad set him up to talk about the shyt. The Boosie/Marlo Mike situation is pretty fukked up but hopefully the guys family was taken care of to some extent.
You can tell Vlad never been outside and just gossips. homicides occur mostly with teens due to not having role models, a lot of free time, and just having to prove yourself if you're tested.
even when I worked at the rec and did mentoring while in college, kids around 13+ would come to me about how they should handle situations when they only saw the option of shooting someone only because someone tried them.
these young dudes are on go and we need to reach out when we can to prevent situations like this.
