Its not entirely hypocritical. TI went to jail on gun charges, and here he is telling his son that having drugs around guns will lead him to the same fate. That's more learning from your own mistakes than being a hypocrite.

Its too late to try to lead your son down the straight path when he is an adult...that work should have been done during his childhood. I guess I'm an old head, but I see this as both of these fathers trying to father their sons. Both TI & Boosie were in the streets and both were locked up. They were young and dumb once as well. They were probably the first in their families to have any kind of wealth. They just trying to put the kids on game. I respect it. Better now than never or later.
