It should be a RAW only show since SmackDown already has Talkin Smack. But that isn't a bad idea. They should structure it similar to Inside the NBA like it takes place approximately in the middle of RAW since its 3 hours to recap all the segments and matches. Then right after RAW on the Network to recap everything.
