I don't know anyone who ever thought Stevie Ray was better than Booker T. I'd say they were about the same on the mic, but just had different styles. Booker was clearly the better wrestler even in Stevie Ray's prime. Can't front tho, on commentary, Stevie Ray brought the goods lol

stevie ray was the bigger than booker in '93.

stevie ray was champ in GWF while booker couldnt even get the light-heavyweight belt off the pug.

scott steiner had no personality or promo skills until the nitro era.
