Booker T: Psycho Sid is responsible for putting on Harlem Heat in WCW

Ya'll need to listen to Booker T on the latest Jericho podcast, he drops a TON of dope insight on the business and good stories, but one of the best ones is that Psycho Sid is the reason he and Stevie Ray ended up in Dubya C Dub.

Booker said they were in GWF and Sid saw them on TV, he got their number and called out of the blue one day. Sid was trying to get an office job and wanted to take them on as a project, he told them to sit tight and he would find a way to get them in WCW. Six months later he had them in the company. Booker said Sid put them up in one of his apartments rent free and made sure they got a raise every month. Sid also gave them a lot of good pointers, like the fact that WCW wasn't gonna give them any promo time so they had to cut their promo on the way to the ring, which is why they would always be shouting at the camera during their entrance.
