I don't think Booker said anything wrong here. Dude Jason is just... there. Good in the ring, no doubt, but no presence or intrigue to him whatsoever. He also brought up a good point about the lack of signs for Jordan which I suppose indicates how lukewarm audiences are toward him.

Jason Jordan badly needs to up his mic skills and develop a character. Physically, the breh has it but he's so swaggerless he makes babyface Rocky Maivia look like the King of Charisma. I don't know if he needed more time to develop down in NXT or what but he's missing some key components. I honestly don't know if turning him heel (as some fans suggest) would help because a heel with zero personality is actually worse than a boring babyface.

All of that being said, Booker hates on JJ harder than Corey hates on Enzo. JJ does have some accomplishments pre-Raw but Booker acts like he's just some random breh they found backstage at catering and gave a spot on the roster.

I can't remember when, but I remember when Naomi was on the panel with Booker, he went HARD on her. She kind of called him out on it like, "Hey, man what's your deal?! " I think y'all remembed it too because it was on a PPV special and we all were like, "Ease up on her, Book." You would've thought Naomi turned down his advances or something. It was REALLY tense up there. Booker does go a little too hard on Black wrestlers and I don't understand why he does and where is it coming from, but it makes it difficult to listen to him on commentary sometimes. Sometimes I think one of these Black wrestlers going take a swing at him one of these days.

I think Book, being an older cat, wants to see this current gen of Black wrestlers do better. The problem is he goes so hard on them and it often feels like hating.
