thats what im saying....these guys just trying to be different.....next to crossroads this is their MF song.....

and easy E had one of the worst verses of all time on wax on for the love

"now my game is tight; tight as fukk is my game" :what:
to be fair everybody was rapping Eazy verse :yeshrug:

But when thuggish ruggish hit the scene it was crazy, put them on the map

For the love money is classic but it doesn’t reigister as one of their big hits

These ain’t about what the bigger hit was tho. Everyone got the same story about hearing Thuggish Ruggish and being like “who are these dudes :ohhh:” but over time, some FTLO$ just rides a little better

It doesn’t ride better, sorry :yeshrug: it’s actually gotten worse over time, whereas I can still go back and listen to thuggish ruggish

Who are people trying to be different for? Most people said it’s a toss up but went with FTLO$ cuz the beat took that shyt to another level. Plus a Flesh verse here > a Wish verse on thuggish. Not one person has put down Thuggish

One song broke them; the other didn't :francis:

4 the love is a classic but cmon.....

and the wish disrespect :what:

YA GOTTA B DOWN TO BANG BANG :blessed:

this is like saying Machine Gun Funk >>>> Juicy :dead:

So because Country Grammar broke Nelly, if we had a poll against other songs it’s supposed to win just because of that? Nah, he had better songs

You acting like both these songs being dope isn’t what made Bone not only step onto the scene, but also become one of the hottest groups for the next 4 years.

country grammar is his best song :what:
Undalay Undlay Mama EEEAHHH EAAHHHH UUUTTT OOWWWWWEEE...whats poppin tonite :youngsabo:

they are both dope songs....but thuggish ruggish is for sure the better cut and this shyt should be neck n neck if anything.

thuggish ruggish is way more their sound anyway. E1999 is an elevation of that.

How is that something “should” be when it’s opinions and when our head to head it ain’t…

I’m surprised at the landslide but reading people’s rationale as to whyFTLO$, it makes sense. :yeshrug:

It is what it is; I'm still standing on the coli just trying to be different.

cause easy-E's verse makes sexy redd sound like rakim.

and its not their sound. :manny:

Bone don’t have just one sound and of course on your debut your gonna have a lot of sounds, then they picked a lane for e 1999 which was different from art of war. At the same time they had songs like everyday thang and shoot ‘em up which were totally different than thuggish.

I mean, even the board’s biggest bone fan went with FTLO$, not sure what the coli wins by trying to be different.

As much as Foe Tha Love Of $ is a classic, I gotta ride with Thuggish Ruggish Bone.

The Creepin On Ah Come Up Intro leading into the song :whew:

Reverend Calvin Butts saying "We're not against Rap, we're not against rappers, but we are against those thugs!" :obama:

The beat :dj2:

Their verses :myman:

Shatasha singing the hook and the way she closes out the song by introducing all 5 members of Bone and herself and finishing with "🎶 Cleveland... definitely in the house 🎶" :ohlawd:

Just :wow:
