Baseball brought it on itself tho...baseball writers acting way too high on their own power. Just as many people juice in the NFL shiet prolly more and the NBA aint too far behind. That doesn't mean they weren't on them before, that could mean they used more than previously. Manny Alexander, Rafael Palmeiro, paxton Crawford just to name a few used them and you could never tell by their appearance. Stop it 5

The reason why is because it's literally written in the guidelines stating that they CAN act high and mighty.

If you dead the character clause, two things happen: the voting becomes a bit more objective, and the writers that vote now, many of em would hate the change and give up their vote.
