He was the Hawks best 3pt shooter last season, he just needs to be more selective on when he takes them
We have other players now who should take those 3s. I'd rather see him dominate the midrange and near the rim.

If Hunter and Heurter are improving the way they are I want them and Trae taking 3s. My 5 doesn't need to be at the 3 point line too. Want at least the threat of an offensive rebound somewhere.

It seemed chippy all night. Trae was pissed at someone coming off the floor at halftime and he and Ja seemed to indirectly go at each other all game. Maybe not beef but they not BFFs either

Depends on the matchup then. JC is a small ball 5 so in those lineups I feel you but if he’s got the shot he needs to shoot it within the offense and the other 4 guys need to crash the boards
