bomani is a straight up jerk. he is constantly insulting people, even people who really do not deserve it. that being said, i can understand if he is burned out by people propositioning him for stuff. one thing we all need to know when we are trying to get others to give us something is to make sure that we are bringing something to the table.

Me playing a basketball player on a television show where I also worked with professional basketball players is relevant. It is a part of my "background." This is the entertainment business and it's a part of my entertainment background, AND it had to do with the NBA. Any idiot can see that it's obviously relevant.
If I a Black man committed a FELONY in the 90's and served prison time, you would be the FIRST one calling me a FELON and saying THAT was relevant today.

If you and I were up for a broadcasting jobs and looked at our resumes, they would see that I have a background in entertainment and you don't.
I have been on camera, I have been given a script to learn lines, all of these things would make me more qualified to be on camera than you.
Then you add my journalism to the equation, being a published author (California Crusader newspaper) and producing a podcast for LakersNation.com which was at one time the highest downloaded Lakers podcast, you can clearly see my qualifications.
As an actor you list ALL of your credits. So it's simply not factual to say "Ah, that was in the 90's" like Jaleel White aint about to put Family Matter's on his resume.
To a lesser degree, I have EXPERIENCE working with professional athletes. I also have STORIES to tell about working with these athletes, these actors, many of which I'm still connected with.
I have a background, a resume, and I am qualified to deliver content.
I am also a member of AFTRA. Again, I have background, a resume, working relationships with people.
I am not just fukking around here.
