Cold calling is a waste of valuable time, when you could be better using that time focusing on potential customers who could actually use your service, but don't know that you offer a better product/service than competitors. Cold calling is make work.

Robocalls can be illegal depending on jurisdiction and whether or not you are also targeting cell phones. Robocallers get sued all the time, and plaintiffs win -- not defendents. Don't be a robocaller.

You just need marketing help. I don't know if you're willing to take good advice when it's offered to you, though.
