I didn't have wheat bread til I hung out with a white friend at the end of 9th grade. My white friends I made in high school put me up on a better lifestyle eating wise. I feel sorry for the ppl who don't know better cuz I can really say I didn't know better stuff was out there

I didn't eat right until adulthood. I ate PB&J for breakfast, lunch and dinner when the struggle was extra real. I just didn't want to be hungry.
