Spent all last weekend binging from beginning to end. Lost all sense of time because this was so damn good :wow:

Rick and Morty is great but this shyt might be better if we're going by today.

BJH and R&M are just way different. BJH is just more cohesive and builds on every single episode, therefore way more enjoyable/deep imo

This season is so piff
Everyone winning more or less

But Im really here to hate on Diane. So happy Mr.PB divorced her.

Great storyline and character growth as always. This and Venture Bros are top notch this year

Finished the season, it really is incredible how much they nail the Hollywood aspects of the show :ehh:.

All the sexual harassment/serious prestige series stuff was spot-on.

Henry Fondle alone was :russ:, the wordplay continues to be hilarious, and the creativity with some episodes always impresses me.

The I in Team
the GOAT cartoon series

So late to this bandwagon. How did I not know?

It’s really disturbing to me how hilarious and complex this show can be. It’s dealing with Child abuse, sexual abuse drug addiction, depression, fame, loneliness and self-destruction under the guise of silly animation. It’s like on the surface it has all these comedic elements- washed up 90 star just wallowing in his despair, animal characters that are funny, nostalgic references and slapstick comedy. But once you peel those layers back it’s dealing with a complexity of topics that I personally have not seen in a cartoon, and as the show evolves it just seems to get more complex. It’s like it starts off in a way where you think the show is just going to be full of slapstick comedy and somewhere along the way it just veers off into this weird tangent where it makes you uncomfortable at times. Great stuff.

RIP Henry Fondle. This nuts for you.

Man I turned this shyt off so fast when it first came out. I swear it was like 1 minute into the fake Charlie rose interview I thought this is some bullshyt

Thankfully I put it on one night a few months later and :wow:. Really great show I think Netflix should be pushing hard during awards season, this is Will Arnett's magnum opus.

The show has become less enjoyable to watch for me though as it delved deeper and deeper into more serious topics. Some of the jokes just aren't hitting like that :yeshrug:But it still works as a drama:manny:. This gets the least amount of attention from Netflix but is miles ahead of anything they have done so far
