You keep saying half when it's not half. The most recent stat from 2018 CDC abortion surveillance is ~33% and that number drops each year. Abortion isn't causing a decline in birth rates or a stagnation.

Yes, that's Star Parker's/CURE's "report." Her entire aim is to drive the "abortion is Black genocide" narrative, which is horseshyt. Read the article I linked up above. The "474 abortions per 1000 births" is a stat from 2011. That stat has dropped sharply since then.
The 19m number comes from an anti-choice/anti-abortion organization called "Right to Life" and they don't cite a source for the number. The "report" you're linking to doesn't cite a source, either.
