2017 is going to be the year of metals & mining good to get in now and just hold for a few months then come back & take your profits.

Natural gas is set to open around 7.50 today, This will be a good spot to go long. Looking for a move to $10.00 first then higher. Long term play. Look for $UNG in the money options. APril 2017 expiry's will be good or If you want to hold longer to benefit from an even greater move then Jan 2018 expiry. Both options should assist in shielding you from time decay

Question for you Gurus: I invested in STON and since last week it dropped from 24.00 to 9.00. I've had it for about a year and a half. A buddy told me he believes I can sell it and write it off on my taxes. Any truth to this and how do I go about that?

I am short term bearish while longer term I am Bullish. (Still believe markets go lower from here., then we rebound & continue to make new highs) Looking for a move to 206-208 level. My bearish stance has more to do with technicals than anything else. The rate hike if it comes has already been pretty much priced in. I dont expect much of a move from that to be honest.

Hate metals, especially with a rate hike, unless you want to be a contrarian.
