you should look into purchasing some Canadian reits. They pay great monthly dividends plus the american dollar is shytting on the canadian dollar. all signs point another drop . Hopefully it is a big one below $200. I bought a put last week when the spy was at 209.8

June VIX has been catching a bid on this. That and Brexit fears.

IWM continues to break out. Bears keep getting fukked.

Only thing I'd worry about is a reversal in banks if the Fed doesn't hike rates.


That being said, I think selling next week's puts on VIX at 14 is free money. A lot of news. Everyone is worried about FOMC, Brexit and NFP.

But... VIX is in such a contango I can see products like VXX and UVXY getting fukked. So I'd rather sell the puts.
