Didn't like the market's whipsaw reaction to better-than-expected NFP numbers.
Didn't like how EUR/USD and GBP/USD moved when the NYSE opened.
Said fukk it and called it a week; $3250.00 gross.

Apple is an amazing company but google is the better long term buy. Apple is hardware and a closed-end system. Google is the portal to the internet.

You don't have to day trade. Buy and hold.

It's overpriced tho :patrice:

Do you try to average out the price over time?

going all in on $CHK. Wish me luck :wow:

NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Chesapeake Energy (CHK - Get Report) stock is advancing by another 21.68% to $5.22 on heavy volume in afternoon trading on Friday, after the company received immunity from prosecution in the bid-rigging case against its former CEO Aubrey McClendon.

"Chesapeake does not expect to face criminal prosecution or fines relating to this matter," spokesperson Gordon Pennoyer told the Wall Street Journal on Tuesday.

Shares consequently skyrocketed in Wednesday and Thursday's trading sessions, and are moving even higher today.

STOCKS TO BUY: TheStreet Quant Ratings has identified a handful of stocks with serious upside potential in the next 12-months. Learn more.

Additionally, the Justice Department asked a judge yesterday to dismiss the charges against McClendon after he died in a car crash on Wednesday, just one day after he was charged in a federal indictment accusing him of bid rigging.

Rising oil prices also are helping Chesapeake shares today.

A strong U.S. jobs report is pushing oil prices higher this afternoon, with crude oil (WTI) up by 3.56% to $35.80 per barrel and Brent crude increasing by 4.29% to $38.66 per barrel.

About 105.08 million shares of Chesapeake have been traded so far today, more than double its average trading volume of roughly 41.59 million shares per day.

Chesapeake is an Oklahoma City-based natural gas and oil producer.

Out of CHK at 5.06. Made just under 2.5x . Looks like its failing ST resistance and sell volume is rising. Dropped to 4.74 as I'm typing. Ill check back for it on Monday. Once it breaks that 5 level, theres room to double.
