Yea… I had 445 shares of PLTR at $28… that I literally sold this morning at $83 :mjlol: :snoop: after thinking I should finally take profit + get liquid for the upcoming red market…

… 8 hours later I see that muthafukka shoots up to $100 :dead:

But yea, shout out to the newest coli millionaires who got in on that ho in single digits. Y’all deserve it, it’s inspirational to see

Yup. One of those situations where I didn’t have enough invested for life changing multiples (compared to those who invested heavy when it was in single digits), so it was inevitable I’d have to cash out and funnel it into something else.

Hell, I thought I’d waited too long actually since it had peaked at like $85 a month ago before dropping to the $70s lol.

Ultimately, owning 5-10k of a stock = $500k-$1mil if that stock price ever reaches $100 per share. So finding that home run stock you believe in and doing so early enough where you can load up at a decent price is what I aim for. Sofi is the one I’ve felt I should go for in that regard; tho I look at it sideways these days lol

That's why I'm trying to flip 100k. I just need to flip it 5x-10x.

It’s never a good idea to sell a company based on anticipated short term market conditions. If you taking profits that’s one thing but just because some world events happened no.

I hear ya on that. My net worth is a little over 1.3 million but only around 200k is liquid, half of that liquidity I keep for a “rainy day” or in and out of CDs. So while something like the 35k is nothing to sneeze at, my big picture goal is along the lines of what you’re talking about: accumulating 6-7 figure profits.

It’s why the different strategies and resources people have shared here (that got them to the same goals i want to achieve) keep me coming back to this thread.

That's my situation, I have life changing shares in $SOFI, SOFI hits 100, I am starting at half a million just of sofi ..got 2k shares of RKLB and 1200 shares of PLTR and lots in others but damn had PLTR been sofi..My life would have changed. Still gotta stress about employment if I get let go from work lol

now if palantir goes on a crazy nvidia like run, reaches 1K then I am set.

That’s amazing

Part of me just wants to funnel my PLTR bag into SoFi to further my position, because everything I read about it still makes it make sense. This year specifically is big for the owners to have Sofi double its current stock price.

Whereas I see (as examples) ACHR and JOBY in single digits but I’m just not totally sold on flying taxis being a thing. Then again, passing on RKLB when it was in single digits (not believing space rockets would be a thing) remains a regret

Yeah, but management talking 2026 now lol. A lot can change so I have started to trim while of course keeping a good chunk of it since I'm already there.

Well shyt lol

Granted iirc 2026 was always doomsday date for the owners to hit their stock price KPIs (which would result in lucrative shares for each of them), but in order for them to realistically hit that mark, the idea was the stock would have to start showing some life this year and probably be in the early 30s by end of 2025.

But if they got nothing to get ppl excited for this year other than wait until next year... well shyt lol.
