Was watching a few videos in early December about income producing stocks. The one I ended up settling on was PDI.

Pays a monthly dividend of 14%.

I only have about $2K in there and my 1st payment was about $23. If I walk those numbers out, that means a $200K investment would payout a monthly dividend of $2300.

Kind of seems to simple. To easy.

To add the current SP is $18.68. The 52L is $18.17. The 52H is $20.90.

Going back a lil further, the SP was $28 in May 2021 and $33 in Feb 2020.

what simulator app you use and what are the strategy's i bought a book on option trading but any resources and references for strategy would be helpful

thanks man

I joined Warrior Trading Starter for $597, which includes one free month of their simulator. After that, the simulator costs $97 per month. It uses the Lightspeed Sterling platform, designed specifically for small-cap momentum trading. This platform is incredibly fast, but if you open a live account, you'll face significant fees and commissions and minimum 25k is required for the margin account. I suggest starting with Webull instead. Webull offers free paper trading, making it a great option for beginners.

Also you don't need simulator if you are trading just options. for options, i recommend robinhood if you are swing trading or webull for day trading.

This is the best tutorial for webull.

Webull paper trading is very nice. I started 4-5 months ago for fun.

For any small cap, just watch Ross Cameron. There's nobody better. You can also find any option discord, but those will cost you $. Blindingly following them will give you short term success, but it won't help you become a better trader. Become a chart expert first. That's the single most important thing in trading.

This is how simulator look like. just made $4200 sim money.

This is a $25,000 margin account. With a margin account, as long as you keep winning, you can theoretically trade all day without running out of funds.

However, since this is a simulation, it's not entirely realistic because it's not real money.

anyway this guy is good

If a stock isn't growing it's dividend by about at least 4% per year then you are effectively losing money due to inflation or at best you're at a stand still.
That dividend isn't growing.
