Please look at peak to trough of tech giants during and after the dot com bubble. Share prices can fall much further.
agreed. the main stock i've been buying is XLE but now i'm just sitting on my positions and chilling. i think there's more down to go. apple will eventually hit $100 or lower and that can bring this all down to maybe the covid lows again in the S&P?

Market looking green.

I think the rally will continue now.

I can't think of any market catalyst, that will bring the market down from here. At least until November 10th, the next CPI print.

XLE past 91 @chineebai :wow:

Feels good to see one of my beaten down dogs Robinhood only down 14% now. I can remember this was damn near $7 so to be back in the $12s I’ll take it.

I will say that Stripe has made risky bets (exposure to crypto and dipped it's feet in Buy Now Pay Later fukkery) and while MSFT is laying off of 1,000 people they have a total size of 221,000 (as of September 2022) so they are laying off less than a half a percentage point of their staff

How the hell is Carvana still in business? These fools was buying cars without inspecting them before cutting the check. They just send a kid with a flatbed truck who hands you a check after he takes a cursory look at is and drives off with it with it. For that matter who the hell was even buying cars from a company that purchases them without any sort of real inspection?
