I basically just am being more disciplined and taking more sane size and stop losses. playing support levels with spy and laggers in sectors. also the Truss buss has a trader in there name Nasa who is the goat and he helps find great plays all day.

No. Just price action. For example, qqq has a resistance point at 296.60 and rejected twice today, now the next level of support is 290 and see how it reacts to that.
Also it's OPEX friday, so this is where the market makers get paid today for the short term bull rally this week from retail investors. I can't really see a rally today given that upside premiums already got crushed. Just my opinion.
