Probably traders closing out their puts that expire today and brokers who sold them those puts covering their short positions that they used as hedges. Seems like quiet before the storm though. Wouldn't be surprised if the whales dump crypto again this weekend lol.
Chicken is saying spy bottoms out at 320ish. Probs will wait to open any positions till around there

I mean if you blowing your account now you should be happy cause if you had more money the only difference is that you would be down MORE.
Think of this is as a hedge against your future self, you wasn’t ready for all that money it’s going to make u grind harder

Someone asked on here a few days ago about how do you know when the market is at it's bottom (it's been asked numerous times actually), and I don't have the answer, but I remember that in March 2020, I bought like 10 shares of McDonalds when it got down to $125. I sold out of it because I needed the money elsewhere, but I guess that when a company that you think will be "good in any weather" has a steep price drop, you just gotta buy it.
Give or take that though. I wouldn’t wait. I’d still be doing increments of investing but it’s safe to say there a lot of pain still left.
We’re just at the infliction point where many stocks are at their 52 week lows. At this rate shyt will really start to become discounted in the coming weeks.
