I work at a pension fund and we have forayed into crypto through an investment in FTX. This shyt isnt going anywhere :manny:
Coinbase is extremely profitable and its a scalable business. You wont find a company in the fintech space other than Paypal (if that) that is as strong fundamentally. The only downside is the fad risk.
Peep its free cash flow, gross margins and profit margins and youll see what i mean. To get a company with this growth trajectory and at this profitability with only a PE of about 40 is a bargain in my opinion
If they can find a way to tap into the metaverse with these tokens and such that will be coming up/out...its a wrap in my opinion

I'm only in for about $5K USD...bought 16 shares at $250. May add more to my position but im tapped out.

Set up everything for the rivian IPO and I was waiting on sofi to allow me to purchase the shares. I get up for work at 5am, so after 9 I'm pretty much getting ready to sleep. The email to purchase came in after 9 and they only gave me till 12 to confirm. I missed out.

Took that money instead and I'm putting it into chpt and sofi.

trimming my moderna
this whole thing with the patent is a losing battle for them imo and i've missed out on growth already
I'm still keeping some because their vax does work

The vaccine grew out of a four-year collaboration between Moderna and the N.I.H., the government’s biomedical research agency — a partnership that was widely hailed when the shot was found to be highly effective. A year ago this month, the government called it the “N.I.H.-Moderna Covid-19 vaccine.”

The agency says three scientists at its Vaccine Research Center — Dr. John R. Mascola, the center’s director; Dr. Barney S. Graham, who recently retired; and Dr. Kizzmekia S. Corbett, who is now at Harvard — worked with Moderna scientists to design the genetic sequence that prompts the vaccine to produce an immune response, and should be named on the “principal patent application.”

Moderna disagrees. In a July filing with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, the company said it had “reached the good-faith determination that these individuals did not co-invent” the component in question. Its application for the patent, which has not yet been issued, names several of its own employees as the sole inventors.
