Wasn’t really looking for a COL decrease, but the apartment I have here, a similar one with the same amenities would easily cost $1500+ more per month and be smaller. 1bd Apartments in new buildings in Oakland are 500-650 sq ft and start at $3000/month. I have a 2bd spot, PH floor and pay less than I would for a one bd there

Ah. I never could get with staying in DC long term.

NFLX looks to be trading in a big range. not sure what's holding it down. the video game news was a good one imo and earnings seemed solid.
