IMO another lock down makes no sense.

the lock down was initially to slow the curve mainly because we were so unprepared for the virus. Everything has been bolstered and we have a vaccine that is effective.

vaccines should be financially incentivized, work from home and remote worked should continued to be offered along with mandatory masks.

I see why cats are quitting or leaving their jobs in record #s this year. Lack of disrespect is at an all time high :hhh:

My boss still lets us telework (not as much as before) but we have not heard anything from hire ups about it being pushed, like it was initially.

maybe they might fall back on that…my friend was scheduled to return to work soon but higher ups at her job came to their senses and are having folks continue to stay at home

Quick way to lose their labor team if they force people back ... the cat is out the bag. People will just find a job that allows it.

telework is now the norm (at least 2-3 days a week) for most desk jobs.
