For dividend stock lovers, nrz has 8% dividend with a book value of like 11.30 so stock is a bit undervalued and has a mortgage arm not counted in the valuation. It won't skyrocket or anything but I think it's a good entry for those that like dividend plays. Just my opinion.

Look up this company called Plaid. It’s Company based on software that connects users’ banking info with service providers.

VISA tried to acquire it for like $5B but the DoJ came through and recked it.

The point I was trying to make SaaS (Software as a service) is a high profit industry that operates really off of human intellectual capacity.

Those billions Visa offered much of that comes from them doing business with companies that exploit human capital. You don’t become a billionaire without some connection to human exploitation. Either you do it directly or you partner with people that do it.

with the recent news it probably will go higher especially over the weekend. but i'm tryna be a disciplined trader on this set up so i'll sell at 25% profit.
trading is fun when you have a nothing to lose i guess.

Besides intraday scalps on puts on Roku, NOW, SNOW

I went on some longer DTE puts. Tired of being more red than a Game music video ... should have got them yesterday during green times and when the vix wasn't as high

IWM 07/16/2021 $215 P

Mental stopped those longer DTE puts ... loss 10-20%.

My intraday scalping basically paid for the losses.

A humble reminder to not buy longer dte puts on red day... esp with the vix up.
