Surprisingly Berkshire B has outperformed apple, TSLA, ARKK, and NIO since I grabbed some shares. Not by much of course. Is it true that slow and steady wins the Race? Or is this all just market correction stuff because the others were winning.

slow and steady always win the race. Small incremental gains and locking in gains is how one builds wealth. Trying to hit the lotto works for the 0.000001% of traders. I would regularly lock in 5% gains, raise stops, lock in another 5%, raise stops, etc. I never lose more than 5-10% at any time but my gains far outweigh all of that.
